Can I change or cancel an order once it has been placed?

We are only able to make limited changes to an order within the first 10 minutes of the order being placed. After this time and prior to despatch, it may not be possible to change any details of your order, including address, size, colour and quantity.

Please note, during our busy and Sale periods, it is not possible to make any amendments or cancellation to orders.
