What is your return policy on faulty product?

If you have experienced any issues with your item(s), please contact the OB Concierge by email. Use the subject line 'OB Claim Request' and include:

  • Your full name, address and contact number
  • Clear images of the item
  • Clear images of the fault
  • A description of the fault
  • Proof of purchase

If you did not buy your item online with us, please provide proof of purchase or alternative details so we can find a record of your purchase.

Please note, we are unable to process any request without the above information.
