How do I return an Online Order?

If you wish to return or exchange an item, simply send your purchase back to us within 28 days of receiving your order. Items returned must be in the original unworn condition, with all the product tags attached.

 

Please complete the Return Form and include it in the parcel with your items and follow the steps below.

 

Any returned order received without instructions will be automatically refunded. If you didn’t receive a return form you can include a written note with your name, order number and request instead. You may also print a copy of your confirmation email with your request, or download and print a blank return form below.

 

 

UK Returns

Your order includes a pre-paid Royal Mail return label, which may be found at the last page of the included foldable booklet received with your order. Your Return Form is also included in the booklet.

 

Affix the label on the outside of the parcel covering the shipping label, securely seal shut the parcel and take your return to a local Post Office or Royal Mail Drop Off point.

 

Please keep a copy of the proof of postage until you have received your refund or exchange. You may track your return by clicking here.

European & Rest Of World Returns

Complimentary returns are available for all European & Rest Of World orders using our return service via ReBound. Complete the online steps to initiate your return and receive your free return label, and ensure you include the Return Form in the box with your items.

 

Affix the label on the outside of the parcel covering the shipping label, securely seal shut the parcel and follow the instructions on the email from ReBound on how to send your return back to us. You may track your return via the ReBound tracking service here.

USA Returns

Your order includes a pre-paid ground service FedEx return label.

 

Affix the label on the outside of the parcel covering the shipping label, securely seal shut the parcel and take your return to a local FedEx Drop Off point.

 

Please keep a copy of the tracking number and your proof of postage until you have received your refund or exchange. You may track your return by clicking here.
