If you wish to return or exchange an item, simply send your purchase back to us within 28 days of receiving your order. Items returned must be in the original unworn condition, with all the product tags attached.
Please complete the Return Form and include it in the parcel with your items and follow the steps below.
Any returned order received without instructions will be automatically refunded. If you didn’t receive a return form you can include a written note with your name, order number and request instead. You may also print a copy of your confirmation email with your request, or download and print a blank return form below.
UK Returns
Orlebar Brown offers free returns via Royal Mail on orders delivered within the UK. Enclosed within your parcel is a booklet where you will find the returns and exchange form, and instructions on how to return your order.

Complimentary returns are available for all EU orders using our return service via ReBound. Complete the online steps to initiate your return and receive your free return label, and ensure you include the Return Form in the box with your items.

Rest Of World Returns
Customers in the Rest of the World may also use the ReBound service to initiate their return, however, please note returns are not free and the return cost is the customer's responsibility. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage.
Complete the online steps to initiate your return and receive the return address label, and ensure you include the Return Form in the box with your items, and securely seal shut the parcel. Take the parcel to a Post Office or courier. Ask the Post Office or courier for proof of postage. You should retain this until you receive your refund.

USA Returns
Your order includes a pre-paid ground service FedEx return label. In case the label was not included or is misplaced, visit orlebarbrown.com/us-returns your complimentary return label.
Affix the label on the outside of the parcel covering the shipping label, securely seal shut the parcel and take your return to a local FedEx Drop Off point.
