How do I claim the OB Guarantee if my shorts were not bought directly from you?

We are unable to consider any request under The OB Guarantee on shorts that were purchased from discounted stockists or unofficial resellers.

For other 3rd party retailer, you are able to request a claim directly to us provided that you are able to provide proof of purchase and that the conditions of the guarantee are met.
