A shipping notification email with your tracking number information is sent when our distribution centre finalises your order and is ready to be shipped. The tracking status may not immediately display information, and usually becomes active in the evening when the courier has picked up the parcel from our distribution centre. If your parcel is marked as shipped during a non-business day, the tracking will be live on the next business day.
