Can I still return items to you?

Yes, for UK and US orders you can return an order to us using the free returns label provided. 

For European, Australia & New Zealand, and Rest of World returns, please use our Rebound service. 
 

Please ensure items are returned in their original and unworn condition. Garment tags and hygiene stickers must not be removed or tampered with.

 

All other terms on our Returns and Exchanges policy remain the same. If you have any questions, please contact our OB Concierge team.

UK and US 

The below precautionary actions are being taken by all members of staff within our distribution centres when processing orders and handling returns:  

  • Observation of social distancing rules of 2 meters between work stations and members of staff. 
  • Regular handwashing. 
  • Regular disinfecting frequently used surfaces 
  • Use of disposable gloves and masks for all staff handling parcels and products. 
  • Any drivers or visitors to the premises must be approved by site management and follow hygiene measures. 

  

Australia 

The below precautionary actions are being taken by all members of staff within our distribution centres: 

  • Regular handwashing. 
  • Regular disinfecting frequently used surfaces. 
  • All returned products are steam cleaned and re-packed before returning to stock.
