All OB orders placed either on the phone or on the website begin with SO/SOWEB followed by a sequence of numbers.
We have identified a small number of instances where some orders have been printed with ECOMM_SALE after the order number incorrectly.
To begin the Rebound returns process and to correctly find your order, simply omit and proceed only with your order reference. For example
