Can I visit one of your stores to shop / return / exchange an item?

UK

All of our UK stores are now re-opening from Monday 15th June in line with Government guidelines. The below changes are in place.

  • Observation of social distancing rules of 2 meters between customers and store staff.
  • Regular cleaning and disinfecting of surfaces, door handles and card machines.
  • Cash payments will be accepted however, card and contactless transactions are encouraged.
  • Steam cleaning and quarantining of any returned products or items tried on in-store.

Any refunds or exchanges can still be returned to the store where we have extended our returns policy for 28 days of the store re-opening date.

US

The majority of our US stores have now opened with the addition of our New York Stores opening on Monday 22nd June in adherence to Government guidelines. The below changes are in place.

  1. Observation of social distancing rules of 2 meters between customers and store staff.
  2. Regular cleaning and disinfecting of surfaces, door handles and card machines.
  3. Cash payments will be accepted however, card and contactless transactions are encouraged.
  4. Steam cleaning and re-packing of any returned products or items tried on in-store.

 Any refunds or exchanges can still be returned to the store where we have extended our returns policy for 28 days of the store re-opening date.

Some of our USA stores remain closed and those that are open do have changes to their current opening times. For more information regarding our stores, please visit our Store Locator.  

 

 Australia

Our stores in Australia have re-opened as of Saturday 2nd May with amended opening times. Please visit our Store Locator for individual store times.

 In adherence to Government guidelines to below changes are in place.

  1. Observation of social distancing rules of 2 meters between customers and store staff.
  2. Regular cleaning and disinfecting of surfaces, door handles and card machines.
  3. No cash will be accepted as a form of payment, card transactions only.
  4. Paper receipts will not be available, receipts will be issued via email.
  5. Steam cleaning of any returned products or items tried on in-store.

Any refunds or exchanges can still be returned to the store where we have extended our returns policy for 28 days of the store re-opening date.
