How can I cancel my order after delivery?Updated 21 days ago

We hope you love your order, but should you change your mind, you have up to 28 days from the day after delivery to cancel your contract and return your items.

To cancel, simply contact our Concierge Team here.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue a full refund, including standard delivery charges (should be applicable) provided the items are returned in their original condition. If items have been handled in a way not permitted in-store, we may deduct an amount to reflect any reduction in value.

Refunds are processed within 10 working days from confirmation of return. If your items have already been dispatched, please follow our Returns Policy to complete the process. You will be responsible for return shipping unless our complimentary returns service is used where available.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
