How do I make a claim with the OB Guarantee?Updated 2 months ago

To proceed with your warranty claim, please contact the OB Concierge by email using the subject line 'OB Guarantee Claim Request' and include: 

• Your full name, address and contact number  
• Order number/Proof of purchase  
• Clear images of the swim shorts & fault  
• A description of the fault 

If your swim shorts were purchased through a third-party stockist, please provide proof of purchase. 

Please note that we are unable to accept warranty claims without a proof of purchase, or if the swim shorts were purchased via an unregistered stockist.
