How do I return an Online Order?Updated 19 days ago

If you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, simply send your purchase back to us within 28 days of receipt. Items returned must be in the original unworn condition, with all the product tags attached. Please ensure that you include your returns paperwork in the parcel with your order, including your preferences and your contact details. 

 

If you are intending to return multiple items from different orders, please note that you will need to package these separately (1x returns label per order) the contents need to be related to the corresponding order reference. 

 UK Returns

Orlebar Brown offers complimentary returns via Royal Mail on orders delivered within the UK. Enclosed within your parcel is a booklet where you will find the returns and exchange form, and instructions on how to return your order.

Please visit Orlebar Brown Returns Portal - Start your returns process to generate your complimentary return label.

 Affix the label on the outside of the parcel covering the shipping label, securely seal shut the parcel and take your return to a local Post Office or Royal Mail Drop Off point.

Please keep a copy of the proof of postage until you have received your refund or exchange. You may track your return by clicking here.

 EU Returns

Complete the online steps to initiate your return and receive your free return label, and ensure you include the Return Form in the box with your items.

 Affix the label on the outside of the parcel covering the shipping label, securely seal shut the parcel and follow the instructions on the email from ZigZag on how to send your return back to us.

Please note returns are not complimentary and the return cost is the customer's responsibility. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed-for-service post and that you retain proof of postage.

Complete the online steps to initiate your return and receive the return address label, and ensure you include the Return Form in the box with your items, and securely seal shut the parcel. Take the parcel to a Post Office or courier. Ask the Post Office or courier for proof of postage. You should retain this until you receive your refund.

 US Returns

Your order includes a pre-paid ground service FedEx return label. In case the label was not included or is misplaced, visit orlebarbrown.com/us-returns your complimentary return label.

Affix the label on the outside of the parcel covering the shipping label, securely seal shut the parcel, and take your return to a local FedEx Drop Off point.

Please include details of your return (Whether you would like a refund or exchange. Please keep a copy of the tracking number and your proof of postage until you have received your refund or exchange. You may track your return by clicking here.

 Puerto Rico (PR) Returns
Please note, Orlebar Brown does not offer free returns for Puerto Rico orders.

We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed-for-service post and that you retain the proof of postage.
