I have not received my order yet, what should I do?Updated 21 days ago

Soon after your order has been despatched from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation by email. A tracking number will be shared once your order has been received by the courier, from here you can track the progress of your delivery.  

Please note, a tracking number usually becomes active 4 hours after despatch (Monday-Friday). Orders marked as shipped during the weekend will be trackable from Monday afternoon.  

If you have any questions regarding the progress of your order or you have not received any dispatch notifications within 5 days of placing your order, please contact our OB Concierge team who will be able to help.
